WHEREAS, HERE ON AMAZON, THE EXTRA £6 HAS STAYED IN MY TOP UP ACCOUNT 👌.APART FROM THAT ~ SINCE RECOVERING FROM A BOWEL INFECTION 😞, I AM NOW MILDLY INCONTINENT 😣. DURING THE DAY I CAN GET AWAY WITH WEARING ELASTICATED PULL-UPS 👍. BUT, AT NIGHT I NEED TO WEAR A FULL ADULT TYPE DIAPER (WITH A TOWEL LINING). THE TOWEL LINER PROTRUDES SLIGHTLY THROUGH THE GUSSET AREA &, I HAD A FEW LEAKAGE MISHAPS 😞. WELL, NOT ANYMORE 😃, THESE PANTS NOW COVER ALL MY PAD & INSERTS 👌 &, I'VE HAD NO MORE UNPLEASANT LEAKS TOO ☺.I'M 58 &, I COME FROM THAT ERA OF "TOWEL NAPPIES & PLASTIC PANTS", THEY DID THE JOB THEN & NOWADAYS THEY ARE STILL DOING A GOOD JOB (FOR US ADULTS THAT REQUIRE THEM).

I bought these for my mum and she loves them. They really help her get out more and feel more confident about herself which is an added bonus. The only criticism she gave was they made her sweat a fair bit but some talc seemed to do the trick. Recommended.

these are not made of pvc but are in fact made from nylon with a pu coating very very thin the add says pvc waterproof pants so byer beware

It is early days yet but they seem to produce a lot of moisture inside the pants which can be uncomfortable during the night. .

I bought 6 pairs of these " Waterproof pants ". Out of the 6, 1 pair were not waterproof. They just let the urine flow through the insert and the material of the pants like I was just wearing underpants. It could of been very embarrassing had I been out and about. Luckily, I was at home.However, the other 5 pairs are fine. No problems whatsoever. Comfortable and feel really good.Good product for the money as there are much more expensive ones out there which go brittle after a few times of wearing. These do not. I would recommend to any body with an incontinence issue.

The pants are very good I wear them 24/7.They do rustle when worn under light loose clothing but I don’t mind as their good quality and with mild incontinence they give you great confidence and makes living with incontinence pleasurable

These are surely the best ones to buy,ive bought cheaper in the past and they rip when washing.You cant go wrong with kanga they have been around for years.

I bought a large size (L) for an elderly patient. It was too big (XXL) and could not be used. It would be nice if there is an option for exchanging it for a small size one.The material seemed good, only the size is too big, that is why 1 star deducted. (I think it allows room for very thick diapers/pants etc,)

Più che di un pannolino trattasi di una mutanda sanitaria impermeabile che può essere lavata a 30° ed indossata sopra ai vari dispositivi per contrastare l'incontinenza.Diciamo che la misura L testata è a tutti gli effetti una Xl.Ha la proprietà di evitare la fuoriuscita di liquidi e semisolidi evitando di danneggiare vestiario e biancheria da letto(lenzuola).Indicata per persone costrette a letto o con scarsa mobilità.

Zunächst steht in der Beschreibung es wären zwei Hüftslips in der Verpackung enthalten. Ich hab das zweimal bestellt, nachdem ich nach der ersten Lieferung nur eine Hose erhalten habe und das für einen "Zufall" gehalten habe, der ja mal passieren kann. Hab aber pro Bestellung jedesmal nur eine Hose bekommen. Das alleine hat mich schon aufgeregt. Meine Oma hat nun auch erzählt, dass sich das PVC nach ein paar Waschgängen von der Hose ablöst an den Nähten....Nachtrag: Nach der mittlerweile 3 Bestellung ( weil meiner Oma diese Hosen leider am besten passen) kam wiederholt das dritte Mal auch nur eine Hose, statt der oben angebotenen zwei Hosen....

L'ho comprata per mio papà 97enne.La mutanda è comoda, con elastici morbidi intorno alle gambe, che non provocano irritazione.Testata per fortuna una volta sola con una abbondante scarica di diarrea, ha contenuto perfettamente tutto, evitando di sporcare i pantaloni.Ne ho subito comprato un secondo paio per avere il ricambio. Mai più senza per una persona di quell'età.

Li ho restituiti perché la taglia di questi slip è superiore almeno di una misura a quella standard europea (ho una XXL ma questa misura dello slip corrisponde circa a una nostra 3XL/4XL) ... Inoltre sono fatti di plastica e danno una forte sensazione di calore e di ingombro ... Probabilmente possono essere utili a chi deve sopportare il fastidio, a causa di grosse perdite urinarie o fecali, penso però che siano meno fastidiosi e più pratici i pannoloni, a mutanda, usa e getta ...

Störend empfinde ich das sehr laute Rascheln.Sonst sehr paßgenau,nur an den Beinabschlüssen sehr eng.Lassen aber keinerlei Flüssigkeiten durch.

Prezzo non troppo economico ma prodotto valido, leggero , comodo da indossare sopra un pannolone per anziani...

In uso per mio marito da piú di un anno e mezzo, solo ora cominciano a non essere totalmente impermeabili in caso di urina abbondante. Sono comunque molto morbide, facili da lavare e da indossare, contengono bene il pannolone. Buon acquisto.

Per le buone recensioni l'ho acquistato, è arrivato subito, ma dentro c'era un altro articolo, me lo hanno prontamente sostituito, apro il pacco e stessa cosa, dentro c'è ancora un articolo diverso da quello indossato dal modello. Ho reso di nuovo chiedendo il rimborso, sono passati già 15 giorni è non hanno ancora rimborsato. Poca serietà, sconsigliatissimo.

Nicht aus PVC wie beschrieben sondern aus Nylon. Bestellt waren Hosen aus PVC bitte dieses zu überprüfen und eine Nachricht zu senden.

Ich kann leider nicht jeder an hatten diesen Artikel zu kaufen,Weil es existiert nicht in kleiner Größe, und PVC Qualität ist fast null.
