No Instructions. Doesn't work. Inky Mess
There were no instructions provided, just bottle of ink and syringe. The syringe did not fill my empty cartridge, instead the ink went spilling all over. And if you get ink on your hands, it stains for a long time and will not come off.I cleaned the excess ink off the cartridge that I tried to refill, then re-inserted it into the printer. The printer the gave message that it did not recognize that cartridge or any of the other three that were fine.This is what I get for trying to save money on ink. I am requesting a refund and will never buy this product again.
