It's an investment but it does the job
I was kind of disappointed that I spend a hundred bucks on a pillow that was basically a memory foam block with straps. But it's the only leg pillow out there that has actually stopped the hip pain in the mornings so I think of it as an investment. It does the job but it's like a government contract in that it meets the most minimum standards and you have to go with the lowest bidder even though other companies offer more features and could do it better those are the rules. So there are things I would have liked this pillow to have; firstly it has the memory foam firmness that you actually want, it's not a rock and it's not a marshmallow it does hold itself while being comfortable. But I still wish it was thicker. It has maybe an inch and a half of space when you're all said and done which is just enough but it would be great to get the full 3 inches it is when it's not being used. Also the straps are really strange to me, one is way too long and I can't get the Velcro to connect and the other is is the right size but I find that it's already coming out of the seam. So eventually when I'm restitching the seam I'll shorten the long strap.I do very much recommend getting the pillow for the "tall" person. I'm 5'9" and I wasn't sure which to go with but the extra length is really worth the extra money. I will say this is the first leg pillow that has separated my ankles and well as my knees and that is really what made the difference in how well this product worked compared to all the other ones. So overall this pillow does do the job and I would recommend it after doing extensive research on leg pillow separator reviews.

Just okay
I tried this for one week and concluded that it has more negative than positive features. On the positive side:It does help with sciatic pain, but only if you can manage to keep it in place all night. It does not get hot and the leg straps are not uncomfortable. On the negative side:As I said, it is hard to keep it in place all night. this is because the leg straps will not tighten enough to keep it from sliding. The price for the pro model is double what it costs for the model made for smaller people.I've tried other knee pillows and this one comes the closest to working properly. If you can't find relief any other way and do not object to the price, this might be the product for you.

Best knee pillow I've seen
I've used the Knee-T Pro over the past 4 nights since I received it and I couldn't be happier. It's exactly what I was hoping it would be. The 22" length and 10" width is perfect for my 5' 11" frame. The 4-5" thickness seems ideal as well. I've read lots of reviews on various models of knee pillows and one thing people often complain about is a flattening out of the pillow between the knees. This does not happen with the Knee-T Pro. It uses high grade memory foam on the top and bottom with high grade HR foam sandwiched in the middle. Seems very well designed for long-term durability and comfort. It was sent to me with an "upgraded" bamboo cover that has single elastic strap (like the smaller version) as opposed to the double velcro straps pictured here for the larger version. Some previous reviewers of the Knee-T Pro have complained about the double straps so I was glad to receive the single strap cover instead. The placement of the strap hits my leg at a natural point, and it's not too tight or too loose. I like the way I can quickly slip my leg in and out of it when I get in and out of bed. I find that when I turn from one side to the other during the night I sometimes need to fine-tune the position of the pillow between my knees. I think I'm barely conscious of it and it's not a problem. And I'd likely fine-tune the position during the night if using any type of knee pillow. My only question about the pillow is the longevity of the bamboo cover. I like the material and it seems well chosen for this model of knee pillow, but it is different from any material I've seen before. I trust it will be fine, especially if it is washed regularly. I communicated a bit with Jeff, the President, during the purchase so I'm confident that if I need to buy a replacement cover after the 1-year cover warranty period, it would be an smooth process. Jeff was fast to respond to my emails and the item arrived literally the next day. Granted, he is in S. California and so am I...and the order was expedited.I would highly recommend this product to someone like me who is looking for a pillow that runs from knee to ankle and will alleviate hip pain when sleeping on the side.***Update: Mar 5, 2014***I've used this pillow every night for the past 2 1/2 months and I still love it as much as when my original review was written. Foam remains resilient as if new and the cover continues to work well.***Update: Mar 7, 2015***This pillow is still going strong after 15 months of constant use. Foam is still like new and cover has held up fine (even though I haven't washed the cover, which I should do). I'd definitely buy it again.
