Received spoilt. It got delivered after more than two weeks and didn’t stay fresh to be used.

Says it's enough to brew 1 gallon, but it came without starter liquid, so I've made 1/3 gallon and it doesn't look to go well. After 2 weeks of trying to revive it, it didn't shape any new scoby growth
