This product is a classic eyeliner that is exceptional for the price. Amazing value, I have been using this eye liner for years and think it beats out many of the expensive brands time and time again.

I switched to this eyeliner after wearing liquid eyeliner waterproof for years and I'll tell you why. I am a 54-year-old woman who always use liquid eyeliner but as we age, we tend to get little teeny wrinkles underneath our eyes oh joy the liquid was actually getting in the creases so I decided to buy this Neutrogena gel eyeliner and let me tell you it is a game changer! I love it and I have it on subscription now. The only warning I would make is that it breaks easy so don't press too hard and don't roll it out too long. Otherwise this is waterproof and it works for my never-ending watery eyes.

I think this gel product is the best I’ve found for drawing a fine line on my eyelids. It goes on and stays on better than most I’ve used—doesn’t smudge under the eye as most pencils do and doesn’t crack as most liquids do. However, the product often crumbles as I am applying it. I frequently find bits of it on the counter as I am applying it to my eyelids. The gel is exposed for use by turning the wand’s end which pushes up the fine gel “lead.” The only remedy I’ve found for the crumbling is to expose the tiniest bit of the lead and apply a bit, then keep turning up a very small amount more. It is tedious , but perhaps it’s worth the extra time it takes as the result looks great and the eyeliner stays pretty well without smudging

This is a great gel eyeliner. It goes on smooth. I would totally recommend buying it. I have allergies and have no issues with it.

Not sure about this product. First pencil was dry, broke often, could not smudge, and didn't seem to last long. I will try the second one and see how it goes. If the same, I will not reorder and would not recommend. Seems like the product is old. Will be checking lot number with manufacturer. Will update if I find anything different about these two pencils. For now..buyer beware. Edit: verified the batch number and product is from 6/28/24 manufacture date...could be why it's dry.

Long lasting and clean lines

I bought this because I love this brand. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. The eyeliner is $9. I had high hopes. Sat down this morning to do my make up and the "gel" is rock hard. I had to press hard on a piece of cardboard to get it to work. I figured "okay, maybe it needs to be 'sharpened' a bit" so I did that. Nope. The tip just broke off. Okay, maybe this time it will work. Nope. Not at all. Zero glide. Zero color. Zero function. Maybe try buying it at an actual store but otherwise, hard pass.

I love this eyeliner it's very smooth and very bright. I like the quality and the most a like is that last all day on my skin..

Vivo en una zona calurosa y nunca me dura el maquillaje aunque use bases y selladores el clima es muy humedo y cuando comore este delineador pense que duraria perp NO. Se corre horrible a las 2 horas andas toda manchada y es dificil de limpiar por que te queda como grasa pegada al ojo. No lonrecomiendo oara zonas calurosas
