Works as expected, brought new battery life into my laptop. Can hold ~90 minutes of charge time. Assembly by manual, no surprises. The toolkit that comes with it is cheap, but probably can work if you don't have a better one.

I bought it because it was cheaper than OEM. The first battery wasn't even holding 80% of its charge.Then it would only last 1hr.Ordered a replacement which was fairly simple to do via Amazon customer service.But, the same thing happened, battery doesn't last more than 90 minutes of video play.I take into account that my laptop isn't functioning properly so it may be draining battery more than needed.Nevertheless, the battery never worked as advertised and I couldn't be bothered getting another RMA.Sure it lasts longer than the original that was 4 years old and only lasted 30 minutes but it's not worth it to buy this.

Works right out of the box. Doesn't last as long as the original battery, but is still a great replacement when the original battery is dead.

The battery swells within 9 months. But the customer service rep, Nancy, is very helpful resolving the issue.Hopefully, it is just a bad luck on getting a defective one.

like 1 or 2 months after i replaced my battery with this one, the laptop stop working. some of the components of the motherboard got burned.i had to bought another MB.

I purchased this battery with confidence because of their 18 month warranty. After 10 months the battery life was decreasing rapidly, then it stopped holding charge and my laptop would not stay on for more than 5 minutes with a full battery. Now my laptop is not being able to hold enough charge to keep my laptop on even when plugged in. This might be a defective battery so I'm sending an email to the seller, thankfully I'm still inside the 18-month warranty window. I'll update on their response.

Started out ok, but within warranty period stopped charging. Emailed seller who responded right away and say they would replace and asked for info. No response after info was provided or to follow up emails. Avoid.
