The media could not be loaded. I was worried about the stability but this was great! My dog is only 9lbs. and I think the basket is perfect for the smaller doggie. I had to double-knot each strap that clasps because it couldn’t tighten enough on its own but that was not a big deal. Considering most other baskets are around $40 I think this was a great deal.

This “basket” is a complete waste of money. It doesn’t mount to the handlebars like it shows in the picture I literally had to wrap the straps around my handlebars a few times then use the buckles which then makes the hole for your dog to stick their head out of smaller. 2ndly the inserts are extremely Fragile I broke one of the sides just putting it together. Lastly if you look at the picture they have on display with the cat, under the basket they have a metal thing holding up the basket because it’s not sturdy enough on its own to hold up an animal. The support wire they provided is all bent after only one use.

I like the quality and workmanship. This bag is for my dog on my bike.

I'm a little disappointed in this purchase. There were no assembly or installation instructions. I'm usually pretty good at figuring out that kinda stuff but I never could figure out a how to install the metal pieces so that they added any structural integrity to the carrier. The would slip out of the hook/loop fasteners or just not line up correctly. The wire "champagne glass" loop intended to rest against the head tube offered little help in securing the carrier. One of the plactic squeeze clasps on the main straps was broken. I'm not sure if that arrived broken or somehow was broken after arrival. Because of that, we had to cut two small holes in the carrier and try to use zip ties to secure it.That worked well enough until the wife tried to ride the bike with the carrier/dog in place. That lasted about 15 seconds. Too much weight too far forward led to a very unstable ride. So we're done with it. Live and learn.

Took a while to figure assembly. I searched You Tube, no luck, went back to order and found it there. Not sturdy or stable at all. I am returning this product for sure

I enjoy taking my cat and dog for a bike ride each day. They both seem to enjoy it .

it fits both of mu dogs
