This 1” diameter, 999 solid silver, 7.7g and to-scale Moon Charm is a really striking piece of jewelry. To me, because it’s solid silver and the image is stamped so clearly into it (both sides), the charm has the perfect luminous quality you’d want in a moon image. If you’re buying this as a gift, you couldn’t ask for a niftier packaging idea! The coin is in a brown paper pocket and mounted on a card that gives all sorts of facts about the moon and the charm. The card folds up into a small square with fun graphics and sealed with sealing wax image of the moon on the back. (Sorry—no photos yet.) Nice price point and extremely fast shipping. Note: The maker Shire Post also sells on Etsy, where I was able to buy this same image with nice keychain attachment for a friend of mine works as an arborist climbing and pruning trees (not a jewelry wearing guy, lol, but a keychain—oh, yeah!). I'd like to first of all day that I first saw this full moon necklace about 13 years ago on amazon and it's been in my wishlist ever since. Whenever I would get a chance to purchase it in the past something would always come up. So for my 41st birthday this year there was nothing stopping from getting it so I did! This is severely underrated, most would probably not think to buy something like this so it easily stands out. It’s so accurate to what the moon looks like it’s actually quite impressive when you remember this is hand made. You’ll surely get lots of compliments on this it’s very much worth having, I wouldn’t be surprised if this goes up in value in the future too.

The pendant is stamped .999FS, so it is pure silver. Makes sense considering the coin technique used to make it. The detail is phenomenal. I love that I immediately recognised the side of the Moon that always faces Earth. I sometimes just sit and stare at it, like I do with the Moon in the night sky, but now I can do it any time of day. Great company and now that I found them through Amazon, I have made multiple purchases directly through their company website so more profit goes directly to them. I absolutely love the moon - and this necklace makes me feel like I have an accurate piece of it with me! I am Impressed that it’s two-sided. It looks like a mini version pulled down from the sky. There is nothing else like this on the market. It’s just so beautiful! The chain is long enough to wear with the pendant hanging low, or wrap double to wear shorter/tighter. A must for moon admirers!

This is a lovely piece! I have the brass version that I hung on my rear view mirror in my car. Then I bought this sterling version to wear. I get a lot of compliments.

I bought this necklace twice before years ago, as my sister and niece love stargazing. Although nonfunctional jewelry isn’t to my taste, I decided to buy a third one for myself to complete the set, as we three live together. So far, the necklaces are doing great.
