Great Controller
This conroller is very light weight. It works great, is a good size to fit my hand, and the button placement is good. It is not as solid as a PS controller but seems sturdy enough. The directional pad is a little loose but most street fighter moves are pretty easy to perform although it does take some getting used to.

D-pad is pretty wonky. Doesn't always recognize diagonal presses.

Not as good as it looks
This controller is all style and no substance. It comes in a glossy, colorful box with a premium comic book and a corny "certificate of authenticity". The controller itself also looks impressive with its single D-pad, 6 button "fighting style" layout, and character graphics. Enticing, right? Uh... no.Once you plug it into your Xbox and give it a spin, you find out that its performance is quite subpar, even inferior to the stock S controller(!). The 6 buttons are nice, but the D-pad is simply not responsive or accurate enough. Jumping in diagonals is inconsistent and performing special moves and combos can be painful.Despite everything else in the package, the core product just is not sufficient for an ardent SF fan. After 3-4 days I put it back in the box and have not used it since. It may be a decent collectors item, but it's not a serious gaming tool.I bought it at a gaming shop for $14.99 (at a clearance price), and still feel I paid too much for it considering I'm never going to actually use it again. I've seen these things listed by Amazon sellers for upwards of $29.99 or more, which is a total scam unless you're really some sort of avid collector.

A good alternative to the overpriced PS2 Saturn gamepads.
I originally gave this item a low rating, because I got a heavily used one with lots of wear that disappointed.I just got a near new one, and the difference is pretty drastic. If you can get one new or in excellent working condition, this pad is very good. The shell of the controller copies the ASCII pad for the Sega Dreamcast and PS2. The plastic body does feel very light, ands slightly cheap, but it’s a comfortable controller to hold, with just the shoulder buttons in a lightly awkward (though not unreachable) position. The buttons are slightly firmer pressing than I would have liked, but they are responsive. The D-pad is a rocking style, similar to the Sega Saturn pad, and the responsiveness is very good for fighting games and shmuos. It’s still not as good as the legendary Saturn Mk II gamepad, but it’s not too far behind. I didn’t have a problem when performing diagonal jumps in fighting games. And the thicker style grips make this very comfy to hold.A good controller if you can find it for $10-20. And a great alternative to the super expensive Sega Saturn/PS2 controllers.
