Definitely Sweeter than the red Sriracha hot sauce but it works in a good way. I normally buy the red sauce but decided to give this one a try awhile back out curiosity, and ended up really enjoying it. It was especially good on turkey sandwiches.It had just the right amount of heat and tangy sweetness without overpowering anything else on the sandwich.

This was a nice change from a traditional sriracha but I wish it had more heat it’s pretty mild but I like it on breakfast type items.

The sauce has a decent flavor overall, but calling it 'most spicy' is a joke. It is extremely mild, almost more like a bell pepper sauce than a chili sauce. Also a lot sweeter than a regular Sriracha. I could see why some people like it, particularly if you find most other Srirachas to be too spicy, but we were very disappointed with it overall.

I tried this product with an open mind, because I had tried the Huy Fong Sriracha before, and seeing this product with Huy Fong to compare it to internally, I had to try it. I didn’t know yellow sriracha existed until I bought it here, and I almost feel cheated on some level for the amount of time I spent having the American stuff and nothing more, which tastes way different, and in my opinion is also inferior to this Thai product. I love putting it on eggs because it’s an amazing combination and it also looks a lot like an egg yolk side-by-side. I have had a few of my friends try it with their food and they love it and ended up buying some themselves. It always gets this funny reaction when I bring it up, they always give me that confused dog kind of a look when I say “yellow sriracha” to them. It might be a little more expensive, but it goes a long way, and it tastes amazing. The best way I can describe it in the context of an American palate, is like a spicy honey mustard, which is funny because it contains neither of those ingredients, but I think it’s just the flavors of the peppers they use and the coconut sugar, because it’s a very simple product with a short ingredient list that a 5 year old could read from and remember. Honestly the sauce was more mild than I expected, probably more mild than the Red Jalapeños used in Huy Fong sriracha, but even if it’s not that spicy, Three Mountains yellow sriracha is just an unforgettable flavor that will hook you.

Ordered this stuff after having something similar at an Oriental restaurant in the city. Although it took almost a month to arrive, I was blown away by the flavor in this bottle. 1000% times better than the Sriracha you can buy at any local store here in the US. This arrived today and I ate it on my chicken tenders I got for lunch. Later I had it on some Mi Goreng noodles. I should have bought more. This will be a constant purchase for me. I've already used 1/4th of the bottle. Lord help me. Thank you for this amazing product!!!
