As a parent of a 3 and 5 year old and a lover of fairy tales, I couldn't resist picking up this beautifully presented collection. Here's my take on this collection. When you think fairytales, you think beloved fairy tales that many of us grew up with, including "Cinderella," "Snow White," "Little Red Riding Hood," and "The Little Mermaid." These stories are timeless for a reason, and it's wonderful to have them all in one place. The book is adorned with enchanting illustrations that bring the stories to life. The language used in the book is suitable for children, making it accessible for both independent readers and those who enjoy being read to. Great bedtime stories

I loved the illustrations in this book full of classic fairy tales. I purchased it as a baby shower gift because I knew everyone would buy all the same books. I am going to order it for my grandson.

This was a gift for small children, so I am reviewing based off of memory. It was maybe 8.5 x 6” but about 1” thick. I say this because it is great for telling stories at bed time, but probably not something a small child would hold. It contains all the classics. I specifically got it for German kids so that they could hear the English version of stories they already know. So while I don’t recall exactly what stories were in it, I know that they were common fairytales for children.

The artwork in this book is stunning...VERY colorful and child-pleasing. The stories are good, too...very kid friendly. Nicely bound, good size book. Sound purchase.

Very nice and quite beautiful

Having read a number of fairy tale books to my kids, I was left unsatisfied since most books were either too long or too short or no illustrations to capture the beauty of the tale. So I was pleasantly surprised when I read this book. It’s got the right length, prose and illustration for each story. My kids love it and I myself love to read it to them. In fact I had tried to even find maybe a part-2 or something by this publisher but couldn’t find it. So the only complaint I have is that there are only 9 stories in this book. So my complaint is actually a compliment and I really wish they had another book with more stories- one I am more than willing to pay for and have in my collection.

Excellent Fairy Tales book for kids. The book was exactly as shown in the picture and was made of good quality. The hardcover helps to keep the book for many years. My grandson enjoys the stories we read each night. Thank you.

Wish someone could read it to me lol. They are some of the very popular story tales, with fabulous pictures that will fascinate and grab the attention of every child! One of the best, it’s beautiful!

Love this book, it has several classic fairytale stories - with different drawings, some are nicer than others. My 5 year old student absolutely adores the stories.

My son is 4 years old and loves his story before bed and then after I read the story's he makes up his own with the pictures xxxxx

We are having our first child soon so I am starting their story book collection early, though some of the stories are not the way I remember them they still have the same meanings and will be a great starter collection of stories for any child
