Made in China. Great for a nice deep soaking but bathing is a bit difficult as you are still in soapy water. Great feeling though soaking up to my neck.

Is there a sturdy seat inside the tub?

yes there is a built in pad at bottom of tub; can not feel the shower stall floor. I weigh 150 lbs. This is an excellent tub and I will have it a lifetime and can take it apart put in a bag and go. I hope I answered your question.

Two of the pipe frame is broke online can I pay to replace those instead of buying an entire other bath?

If you have Prime start your return and depending on delivery wait for the new one to arrive and take out the parts need and send back the 2nd one with your bad pieces. The poles are weak once they bend they are no longer good.
