Nicely Neat 18-Inch Collapsible Insulated Cooler, Liftngo Basket, Black with Orange & Green

I really wanted to like this basket, but it just did not live up to basic needs, so I returned it after trying to contact the seller through amazon. I never received a response other than an automatic reply that they would get back to me (I gave them four business days to reply).What I liked: The insulation is better than most baskets; it's comparable to my soft coolers. The colors are great, and the outer fabric is also nice.What made this fail: The handle does not lock into place, so if the basket is not evenly balanced with items, it tips to the heavier side. This makes the basket entirely useless. Also, there isn't a frame to keep the bag from collapsing. If there are only light items in the basket, they can get crushed when the basket is set down because the weight of the frame collapses the basket.
