I tried this brands standalone argan oil... I don't recommend it. It weighs down hair and causes hard to reverse build up. However! The shampoo and conditioner are a game changer. I have a notoriously oily scalp and my hair gets weighed down too easily. After using this shampoo and conditioner combo, the oils are reduced and my hair is more light and bouncy. I have hair type 2A if that means anything to the reader. It is thick and coarse and takes absolutely forever to dry. I limit my use of the hair dryer and I rinse with cold water at the end of washing. I live in a humid climate. I deal with insane frizz and it can be extremely frustrating. If you can relate to all of that, give this a week trial and see if you get your shine and bounce back too.

I recently tried out this product and overall, I’m pretty satisfied. It does exactly what it claims to do, and it’s pretty straightforward to use. The quality feels decent, and it seems like it’ll last a while. Price-wise, it’s fair—not too expensive but not super cheap either, which makes sense for what you’re getting.One thing I really liked is how convenient it is; I didn’t have to spend too much time figuring it out. It worked well right out of the box. Of course, like anything, there’s always room for improvement, but nothing major stood out as a dealbreaker.If you’re on the fence about getting it, I’d say it’s worth a try. It’s a solid choice overall!

I’m giving three stars for the value. I prefer to spend a little more money and get a better product. This is good for a tween or a man. I have a lot of hair and my 17-year-old has a lot of hair and this is not a good product for us. I have color treated hair. My daughter has oily hair. Does not work for either. At leaves both our hair with dry ends, even when I add an expensive leave-I’m conditioner. We used this for several months on subscription so this review is written with after a year of use. It seemed OK in the beginning and was very similar to the more expensive products that I got at the salon. But over the long-term the results were not in anyway similar.
