This stuff is like magic. Not sure how it works but after the first use, the sweating stops. Got it for my son and he says it's a game changer. He had itching the first night but it was fine after that. Puts it on before bed, showers in the morning and then uses his regular deodorant. Get ya some!

I started to notice my underarm area would get very wet by the age of 17. This would come and go mainly because of anxiety issues. I've been embarrassed and would wear extra layers of clothing to cover up, which sometimes I would sweat through the layers too. I"m now 28 and was looking into getting Botox injected. Good thing I researched online before going for painful Botox because I found this wonderful alternative! I was skeptical because I never saw Maxim in retail stores. In fact I was buying Secret Clinical Protection which didn't stop me from sweating.I couldn't wait for this product to arrive because of all the positive reviews. You apply this like the Secret Clinical protection at night before you go to bed. However Maxim actually works unlike Secret. Anyways, you roll on about two swipes and let it dry. It started to make my arm pits itch a lot! However after letting it dry I rubbed on some lotion and that helped. It says in the package to buy the sensitive Maxim if you feel irritation. After the 3rd day the itchiness went away and I'd rather deal with that than wet underarms. The next day I did my morning ritual of taking a shower, put on my Secret Clinical (you still have to wear a deodorant so you don't smell. Maxim just stops the wetness) and went to work. I was nervous to see how this would work. At noon I felt like my armpits should be wet so I stopped at the bathroom to check. No wetness and my underarms were bone dry! I was so happy because now I can wear whatever I want!I've been using this product for a month and I have yet to have any wetness and the product seems to last long. You can also skip about 2 days, I never went longer than 2 days to see how long it would take for the wetness to come back. I did notice my underarms get a little itchy if I put Maxim on after 2 days of not wearing it. The itchiness goes away if you wear it every day. I also wax my arm pits and I have no problem with the formula hurting my underarms. Now I"m a customer for life! No more expensive Secret Clinical Protection, now I can buy whatever cheap deodorant I want! This is a wonderful product and I wished I had it when I was 17!

Okay, so I don't know how to write this so that people will actually believe me but I'll give it a shot. I'm a 25 yr old female, average weight and height but I used to sweat buckets under my arms! It could be cold out, it could be warm, it could be neutral, it didn't matter, my underarms were sweating. Day, night, as soon as I got out of the shower my underarms began to perspire. When I shopped I passed by shirts that I new would show the sweat, but the embarrassment was only part of it, the discomfort of always wearing a wet shirt was unbearable, I changed shirts several times a day. I was skeptical when I bought Maxim and I thought it was pretty expensive but I was willing to try anything! I applied the product just before bed as directed and the first thing I noticed was the itching and discomfort but I figured "hey if I'm feeling this, it must be doing something" I had a little trouble sleeping the first night because of this but again, I was willing to go through anything for a product that worked. The next day I put on a shirt that I KNEW showed sweat every time I wore it and I waited. I waited all day for sweat and it didn't come! So I thought maybe it was a fluke. Again I applied the product and again it itched at night but since it seemed to work I kept using it. It's been 28 days since I started using the product and the only time I have sweat was the one day that I forgot to apply it the previous night. Even then it was not a lot. This past week I started using it every other day and the itching when I apply it has stopped and the product lasts even on the off days, I still do not sweat and I feel like a new person! I will keep buying this product for as long as I need it! It really works!

My story is similar to most of the people who have already commented, so I won't go into detail about the condition itself. That said, I was pretty much resigned to the fact that I'd just have to live with only wearing certain shirts, and ducking into bathrooms to check my underarms and absorb the moisture with hand towels...until I came across this product. I received it last Wednesday (it is Monday now) and have used it every night since. The first night there was some tingling and irritation, which I had expected, but it wasn't too bad. I've been experiencing some more irritation, and a slight redness around my armpit that is sensitive, so I think I will perhaps take tonight off, or just apply a very little amount if I use it. There is a chance that I've been using too much, so I might scale it back--I imagine a single swipe, distributed with fingertips would suffice.The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the irritation it causes, and perhaps I will switch to the sensitive formula, but I'd like to give it another week or so. The results are truly impressive. Although it occasionally feels like I should be sweating, every time I check, I'm dry! I'm happy to deal with a little itching at night if it means that my days are not spent worrying about sweating. I'd recommend this product without a second thought and really couldn't be much happier. I know it sounds too good to be true, but this really delivers.
