I purchased this item in order to encourage my toes to spread out onto the floor and to begin to participate in the effort of my feet (in standing and walking and running).I had no sense that this product offered any support to any part of my foot.I could not identify the value of this product: it _looked_ like a metatarsal support for wearing at home, without shoes, but the cushions of both supports looked so deflated and lifeless after a few hours of my wearing them (and not really walking around very much at all), that I am not sure if I have used them incorrectly (I believe that I followed the Podiatrist's instructions pedantically):or that I am using my feet so incorrectly that they have rendered the cushioned area of the product lifeless and flat; or if the product is simply not fit for purpose?For purposes of this review, I compare my experience of this product with the Pedagog leather metatarsal support cushions for placing on insoles of footwear, where I found that the Pedagog- product was useful in getting a clearer idea of my foot placement, and for re-training my foot to distribute weight and effort more effectively when walking/standing; and the Pedagog Inserts also have some resilience, and have not immediately fallen flat and lifeless when I put my weight on my feet.I'm inclined to think that the product I am reviewing was a waste of money for me using them for the purposes I set out to use them for.I hope that if you purchase them, your experience will be more fruitful.

I wore these for a week, didnt make any difference whats so ever!

This product is comfortable to wear , stays in place all day , is value for money and gives support

These offer no support at all and are useless, tried once then dumped
