I have always joked that I would want my last meal to be a huge slice of white bread fresh from the oven slathered in butter! This has been true since I was diagnosed coeliac!Until now!! Wow this bread is not only easy to make but tastes just like the real thing! Thank you! This is a game changer, can’t recommend it highly enough!

Very disappointed that I had to search for my own yeast. I would expect the product to include all the essential ingredients at this price

OK flour would be better if the yeast was included and for the price of it, it should be as its expensive just for a bag of flour.

These arrived quickly, the packaging was nice, if not a bit too much on the ‘self promoting’ side. It was super easy to make, it looked lovely fresh out of the oven, but it was the taste that let it down, it was just horrible. It didn’t have that lovely doughy smell to it either. We threw the cooked one away as neither of us liked it.We gave the other packet to family, so maybe they will like it more than we did.Had high hopes for this but it just didn’t quite reach expectations.

Just made one of these in my new bread maker so had no idea what to expect .The bread is gorgeous - Texture like fresh baked loaf from the bakery.Doesn’t crumble to bits - nice crust.So happy to have proper bread for my sandwich as I have found store bought loaves to be ok for toast but not great fresh . This is a game changing find - might even be tempted to try without the bread maker / although I am the worlds worst cook !

This is not a bread mix. It does not contain the yeast required to make the bread.

easy to use ,bread is light and usually with gluten free bread you have to toast it to make it edible, but with this product its the exception

It's ok.I purchased as it's difficult to get gluten free bread at the moment.It's also hard to get yeast, so I used baking powder (someone else suggested this).The batter/dough didn't really rise (could be the baking powder or my tin was too big). Regardless, after about 90 minutes I put it in the oven. Voila! I have bread! And it tastes ok too.Quite expensive for what it is, as another review mentions... this is basically just flour.I have managed to get gluten free flour (for about quarter of the price) so will make my own bread next time.
