Worked Flawlessly for My Application
No issues with replacing the old one except I needed to supply my own wire nuts. The product works perfectly, installation was straightforward, and it was the best price I could find.

Excellent quality
Found the ballast to be of excellent quality at this price point. Wire leads are more than long enough, and pre-stripped. Balast is UL Listed. Clear, detailed instruction sheet provided. No wire nuts were provided, will need to reuse the wire nuts from the existing fixture or obtain new ones. No mounting hardware (screws & nuts) provided. Mounting holes didn't line up in existing fixture, but used one existing mounting hole and hole used for grounding screw. Worked perfectly. If this hadn't worked, I would have simply drilled a new mounting hole. One factor (mechanical mounting) to consider. Worked perfectly from first use, bulbs lit quickly and there was no hum.

UPDATED - Do Your Homework (and don't consume alcohol while updating lighting)
This was written after I had made a mistake in wiring. So if you are in need of flashing 4' LED tubes, let me know: While the ad states it can power two (2) bulbs, on the actual ballast it is printed "Note: for one lamp application, cap any unused blue lead, insulate to 600 volts.' While it also states on the ballast "(2/1) F32T8, F25T8 or F17T8 Lamps" this ballast will only power one (1) of the Honeywell LED 4' units. When two are placed in the fixture and the needed 'splices' are completed, the two (2) LED units blink intermittently. While it is a nice effect for the holidays, it is not practical for a master closet. Keep in mind, my application was not for typical fluorescent bulbs. I was converting to LED units. Do your homework carefully. I did not and now have the choice to buy a second ballast and have two (2) in the fixture or go and purchase the proper ballast. Still gave three (3) stars as the ballast looks to be a quality product and the wires were more than long enough. UPDATE: The ballast works!! Five (5) stars. I had converted twelve (12) of these about a year or two ago in my shop (from 2 (2) tube bulb fluorescent to two (2) tube LED) . I knew I had purchased the correct ballast. But I had wired it up incorrectly. As you get older, the memory fades. I took down one of my older units, saw my wiring mistake, corrected the new fixture and all is good in the lighting world. Robertson is back on my Holiday card mailing list.

Clear instructions and easy installation
Clear instructions and easy installation. The wiring for this ballast was slightly different from my original but was easy to modify based on the wiring diagram provided. Replacing a ballast is way cheaper and easier than replacing the whole fixture. The mounting slots fit exactly on the slots and screw holes in the fixture.
