An amazing Gameboy Color with its classic/original design is perfect for nostalgia and getting your growing kids into Pokemon lol. Sharp color, durable frame, runs on 2 AA batteries, and theres lots of attachments for the Gameboy (like the transfer cable) that keep the fun going as your littles get older. On a personal note, I sometimes sneak this away from my daughter to play Pokemon yellow...dont judge

I was in tears. My daughter asked for literally 3 things and I was sure to fill the request she is a good kid. But this thing was soooo crusty and looked so badly used it is not worth the money based on looks alone! But then! It wouldn’t even start! So my daughter had nothing to play with for Christmas. Then the adapter that I bought for her didn’t fit! The scooter she got wasn’t y’all enough... I’m in tears because her gifts all just fell apart.But like I said she’s a good kid. She still thanked me kept a smile on her face and said it’s ok mom don’t worry. Which brought me to more tears!I won’t buy from this seller ever again. Not worth my time money émotions energy anything! Done!

Bought this for my husband as an anniversary present. I was so scared it would be a rip off and not work but it is NOT!! It was in perfect working condition and has remained so for several years now. It's such a fun blast from the past! He enjoys playing all the time. It's even survived a few toddler tosses across the room....

I didn't get to see this thing in person. Sent to my daughter in another state along with a Flash Cart. She loves the color says it's fun and retro dang I feel old. Great device all around. She loves it so much she just purchased a DMG and now wants to get a GBA. Super happy to have found a common interests. Would recommend.

I purchased this in an attempt to reignite nostalgia I have for the late 1990s purple Game Boy Color I had as a kid (I am now 36). It works perfectly well with the old Game Boy game I have (Pokemon Silver version), but I'm not content with how the reconstruction looks and feels. It's extremely light and flimsy looking, and the color does not match what is in the picture here; it's more of a dark blue. My old console was built like a tank. This one may blow away in the wind because of how light it feels. The design / dimensions are also smaller. They resemble the earlier model, the Game Boy Pocket. It didn't strike that feeling I was looking for. I am grateful to be able to play my old game on it, though. The colors on the screen are as I remember them as a kid, and there have been no hiccups with game play.
