Tried these out to see if it would help my bad pregnancy nausea. It worked really well at first until it came towards the end of the day I had a rush like if I was going to pass out and then 30 minutes later I had what felt like an anxiety attack. If you don’t have a magnesium deficiency I’d recommend going with a normal bottle of b6 vitamins.

This, along with rainbow lights prenatal, unisom sleep aids before bed, and some alfalfa supplements (alfalfa is now recommended by my obgyn office), my horrible morning (all day and night) sickness is completely gone. And I am just finishing week 9 (usually when it is at its worst). some research shows Magnesium deficiency can contribute to morning sickness, unisom (doxylamine) and B6 are known to help curb morning sickness, and research is showing alfalfa also helps with morning sickness. I felt improvement as I added each item in my routine over the course of several days, but once I got all four together, it was my magic potion. So happy. Not to mention, my energy levels have soared... and anyone who’s ever gone through the first trimester knows that you are usually exhausted!
