Sylt Lingon, Lingonberry preserves, Ikea Food, 14.1 oz jar - Super fruit

Swedish meatballs are delicious. The lingonberry preserves are a bit like cranberry sauce for turkey. Lingonberry preserves are sweeter than cranberry sauce but they still have a sharp, sour flavor. I have only used them with meatballs.

I made the IKEA Swedish meatballs for Sunday dinner and this lingonberry sauce made by IKEA went perfectly with the meal. It was very tasty, similar to a sweet cranberry.

My absolute favorite. You can sometimes find this at TJMaxx for a little less but worth the proce for next day deliveey with Amazon. YUM

I lived near an IKEA and ate lunch there. The lingonberries were served with the Swedish meatballs. I use it with chicken and meat. It has so much flavor. So glad I found IKEAs berries.

I love lingonberry jam, but it’s very difficult to find. I’m happy to have found a supplier. It arrived quickly and was packed well.

Used it for filling and topping of a wedding cake. It was so delicious that there wasn't any left.

I bought this jelly because Swedish people eat it with their Swedish meatballs, so I wanted to try it. Surprisingly it tastes good, like cranberry sauce . They eat it like PB&J, I'll have to try that. It's a good size jar, that will last. It looks like cranberry sauce with smaller berries. If you like cranberry sauce, you would like this jelly.

Extremely tart & delicious. The smell had a lot to be desired though. I was surprised that it had to be shipped from Germany, when there are 2 IKEA stores within 100 miles of my location. I could have bought it in-store, but I didn't feel like driving 75 miles each way to the nearest store. This is one heavy jar of preserves! I would recommend this for breakfast- on pancakes especially. Not too sure about a PB & Lingonberry jelly though :P
