Incredible, really no reason to pay more for something else
Big screen but good low stress hold fit in hand, actions responsive, upgrades by factory update to android 9 after receipt via download. Face recognition excellent, too good, I was doubtful and tried a test to unlock it in the dark with a common car part in its view and it unlocked. However other times in normal light it is good not to unlock. Camera was a concern before purchase and I after use I am happy with it as detailed and true.Bad:1. Audio is to tinny and no depth basic sound experience.2. Battery charging is slow.. 2hr full charge, however after chatgeI have had 2+ days of hard usage and it has not drained out. I hope that remains so3. The glass surround surfaces. Pretty yes but has taken 5+ falls while just lying on a surface. Slippery slick + vibrations = fall.Final review.I have 4x64 with 30-40apps installed and running with no issues. Dual screen mode works wellDefault case is equally as slippery. It needs a leather grain case.Excellent phone compared to all but top tier newest phones.. Value is unbeatable. Definately buy again

Durable battery but slow
I like the screen, perfect size to hold using one hand. And charging is very fast. However, I have been using it for two months, it was working great for the first month and then I noticed it's getting slower everyday. Will not recommend if you are going to use it everyday, a new one may be better.

SIM card slot is jammed
The phone seemed to work well enough after I boot it up, but the SIM card slot was jammed and the SIM card slot removal tool was bent upon opening the box. The lack of a SIM obviously renders the device unusable hence the low rating.

Dont buy renewed from amazon
Dont buy renewed items from amazon they dont really give you 3 months you only get about two months. They charged me 22$ restocking fee for returning a phone that did not work
