I used to make tea. I use it mostly in a blend with other spices and sometimes with chicory. It is larger chunks than I expected and I have had to grind to make it smallerIt would work as is I suspect but I prefer a smaller ground for more infusionI do not think it’s roasted either. But other than that mild flavor no bitterness

Nice robust smell and flavor

I really wanted to buy dandelion COFFEE (ground up, dried and roasted root), so this was a disappointment. Not very tasty. I make my own dandelion root coffee in summer, and it is much better than this.
