I have M.S. and get terrible night cramps in my legs and sometimes my feet. I once heard that is is due to a magnesium efficiency. So I gave this product a try and lo and behold, no more leg/foot cramps. If I stop using it for 2 days the cramps come back. Though it is a bit pricey I am OK with that as this is the only product I have found that actually helps in stopping the painful leg cramps.

I've taken other magnesium supplements before I heard about magnesium bicarbonate. I'm pregnant and leg cramps are a part of my life, but didn't have to be. The other supplement did nothing for it, this one is like a miracle worker in this respect. I'll continue to take it until I can learn how to make my own, because the only downside to this product is that it's expensive.

I’m a faster and I’m always looking for ways to keep myself hydrated and not hungry and this product is perfect. I put it in my water bottle once a day and it works it’s magic. I love being able to know what exactly I’m putting in my water and body. I appreciate the cost and won’t be without it.

I bought the product by reading the reviews. I decided to give it a try. I like the product and gives me the electrolytes I need. My all body takes advantage of it. It is a little pricey but that doesn't change the quality of the product. If you need a good balance of electrolytes, this product is for you.

This is the best magnesium I've ever tried and I've been through them all over the last 10 years. This one definitely has better absorption, is easy to drink in your water daily and I've actually seen beneficial effects including better sleep, lack of constipation, less muscle pain after exercise, etc.

Great product, terrible packaging. The lids on either bottles never fit right once opened. So the whole “shake bottle several times a day” was quite difficult while it was trying to splash everywhere
