I want to glue metal brackets to plasterboard. I want hang fabric roller blinds without drilling the wall. Will this glue do the job. Thank you.

Not really, it will hold it there temporarily but, pulling the blind up and down will cause it to tear the paper face of the plasterboard and then it will come down. Then will cost more to make good. I would suggest plasplugs hollow wall or nylon self boring plasterboard fixings.

I haven't tried it with fabric but I expect it would work, it sticks glass to glass which is one of the most difficult things to glue

Would this glue be suitable for sticking down a piece of rubber flap on my car trye after kerbing the trye??

Personally I wouldn't mess with tyres - if it's damaged I look to replacing.
