The seller took time out to contact me about which specific model the replacement part was required for. This level of customer service is rare. Other sellers just sent me a random universal one. You have to appreciate their effort. Taking about the part itself, it fits perfectly while the others just didn't.

Stem Hight of original is about 2.2cm. New purchase item is 1.2cm.So not compatible for my oven.Other than this all other dimention and quality is good.Evenafter 1month or return request. No refund had come.
