The best digestive enzyme i tried and i tried a few.. I can’t be without it. I have been using for about a year now.

Life was pretty tough before using these.Scared of when I may next need to run to the toilet. These have allowed me to live a normal life !! Thank you

I have not found digestive enzymes which are as effective as these. They enable me to digest food adequately. If I do not take them, the food passes through partly digested with accompanying great discomfort.

I had high expectations from this as reviews suggest. However, they are massive caplets. I always use digestive enzymes for my IBS and they are much better in capsule form. I took two to see the effect and I could tell did nothing to my digestion. It almost felt these need to be powdered first and consumed. Next morning I had pain on my left side. These didnt provide any digestion aid but caused inflammation. I don’t recommend this to anyone. Get a good quality brand rather than cheaper and useless.

Had my gallbladder out 43days ago though I would try them. They have made me so ill

Doctors told me there could be a chance of side effects after having my gall bladder removed, but never told me what I could do about it. So after suffering pain after eating for the last 3 years, especially at night. I read that taking purified bile salts may help.I was somewhat sceptical about taking these, but they worked immediately. No more pain or bloating after eating :-) I find that taking two tablets shortly before my main (largest) meal of the day works best for me.Might not work for everyone, but my advice is to give it a try (have a word with your GP, just to be on the safe side.
