This harness is made using high quality components throughout, from the plug body to the heavy conductors. The plug fits snugly and securely with the connector on the rear of our truck, but I was most impressed that they used a thick outer sheath that feels substantial and more importantly, retains its flexibility (as opposed to harnesses that use a cheap plastic sheath that always wants to remain bent in the wrong direction).We used this harness to refurbish a 33 year old utility trailer and every time I hook it to my truck and engage the electrical plug of this harness I'm remined that quality parts are worth every penny.

Works great

The wires are a heavier gauge than the one it replaces. In re-wiring my old camper, I wanted a better quality product than the one which came with the camper, also one which was waterproof - I got both with this unit. I used the heat-shrink end connectors to extend these wires to the fuse box.

It’s way to loose! It will not last long because the plug has a much smaller diameter than a normal 7 pin plug. Skip it buy a different one.

I had a new Hopkins plug and the blades inside the plug wouldn’t match easy to the truck receptacle. Got this new Marine plug and it goes in easy and the V blades make an easy connection. Now I don’t have to worry if my lights and brakes are still working.
