Can you put 3 cutting boards across the top?

There is enough space to place 3 cutting boards accross the top but I tend not to use the board in the sink. the board does not sit flush with the counter top as this is an under counter instillation. I find it a little cumbersome to deal with the ledge. I place the cutting board on the counter next to the sink. Hope this helps.

can you buy a bottom grate protecter for this sink?

The sink comes with two white plastic grates that work perfectly so you won't need to do that. You have the ability to move them to different levels or keep them on the bottom. Buy it!

How hard is this sink to clean? The corners look like zero radius (sharp) corners... Thanks for your help!

The corners are sharp. I clean my sink weekly so there is never any build up of dirt. But it can be a little tricky. My biggest issue with cleaning is getting all the bits of food to go down the disposal. You need to rinse it very well every time you use it.
