It can become reasonably warm oil/ water. But not liquids with thick consistency.

It is arnd 50 for 1 bottle & 50 for shipping

Q: Can this be used for henna?

I don't think so. This is a root applicator and henna is applied on hair surface. So this isn't quite suitable for henna application. Also if the henna is thick, it won't flow smoothly through the holes.
