It has definitely helped me with the feeling of plugged ears with occasional ringing. I should note that you have to be very careful when inserting it. It can be painful, so don’t force it. It is sometimes tricky to get a full seal, but with a little practice, it’s achievable. After using it for a few days, I noticed my head felt less plugged up and I experienced way less episodes of ringing in my ears.

This didn’t help my migraines, it didn’t make it worse either, so that’s a plus. I think of your migraines are stemmed from pressure, either from sinuses or whatever, then this might help. Stress Headache? Not so much.

So far I am liking this product. It does take some trial and error and once I discovered the correct way to use it, it made a huge difference. The trick is to deflate the bulb, create a seal within your ear, leave it for 20 seconds and then remove it. The instructions inside the box were not clear on that but I found a video that helped me figure it out and I have had more success since I found that method. I’m still trying to get used to it but hopefully the more I use it the easier it will get.
