Lovely realistic flavour
This is my second bottle - I really like the flavour and a little goes a long way. It has a nice realistic taste when added to sponge mixtures but I use it mainly for flavouring butter cream to contrast with chocolate or vanilla sponges. It has a nice raspberry aroma and a slight tint so you don't absolutely have to add food colouring.It was delivered very promptly - a day ahead of schedule - and arrived well packaged in excellent condition.
