Great costumers service. I received my battery which did not work as expected but due to traveling I wasn't able to return it in time. So I reached out for support. After trying to trouble shooting the problem since the car never drove in its normal speed I was sent a new battery with a charger. Feeling grateful for the support and the way they fix the problem. Great company 10/10

Defective battery
The battery isn’t wanting to work on my daughter’s little car. Charged it all night and still isn’t turning on the car. Trying to return or get a replacement but it’s not working. I now have an upset 4 year old & 1 year old.
