Q: Are these 1/4 turn taps?

Not quite sure what you mean by quarter turn taps. They are lever taps and from the centre front of the tap you move the lever either left or right (depending on which tap you are using) for up to ninety degrees depending on how much flow you require. Hope this makes sense.

If you mean do they have ceramic valves then the answer is yes.
