Can I use this product on dry areas of my face?

This is definitely fine to use on the face. You can use it daily with no problem. I am 69, and people take me for low 50’s if they know I am a grandma, and late 40’s if they donate know me at all! It rolls away the dry skin layers and doesn’t abrace them away, as with grainy lotions, so does no cutting to your skin layers. I used to use the Sally Hansen Smoothing Foot Scrub on my face, but they don’t make it any more. :(. I began using it, then this 20 years ago. It’s great, and beats a face lift!

What does this smell like?

Doesn’t have much smell to me. The last bottle I ordered was NOT the exfoliating lotion I’ve used for years. It was like hand cream. Don’t know why this happened and I wondered if the formula had changed.

Should you rinse after exfoliating. The description just says to add moisturizer--no mention of rinsing.

I do rinse. I use on face, neck, back of arms & elbows , knees & feet. Then I hop into shower . Moisturize afterwards as dead skin is gone & skin can soak up your favorite moisturizer.

is pretty feet still in roll on form?

Hi ClareIn 1970's & 1990's the pretty feet and hands was in a small blue bottle in lotion-cream. Today's it's in pink and white bottle lotion- cream. I don't remember the roll on maybe before 1970's, but I save my Roll-On bottles for cream and perfumes. At the Dollar store are Roll on bottles put the pretty feet and hands lotion-cream insides.Make your idea real... Hope this Helps...Maribel
