I can only speak to my orders. Each reseller had different return policies. We all must abid by Amazon’s return window. No money back guarantee. But returns are accepted.

What do you do with it once it's done? I can't imagine using it for a rug being so small.

Make into a pillow. Use as a doll rug. Wall hanging for decoration. I bought it for my 8 year old granddaughter who enjoys crafts and sewing and loves unicorns. Not sure how she used it.
