Q: There are no instructions. I can't get it to fold back up, after it's been opened. Is there a secret to getting it to lock and unlock in position?

Each end just literally folds forward into the middle section then fold in the legs underneath. It should never lock when folding forward only when going back to get the desired position for sitting.

Q: Is this item returnable if it breaks because it is not durable enough?

don't know they are not very durable!!

Q: I made a mistake i do not want a replacement i want a refund. how do i do it? to return the chair and refunded
