i have sent in a return yesterday, I was wondering the options for the refund? could it be applied for a Amazon credit or just sent back to the bank?

Can this sit in my birdbath?

It can sit by the base of the birdbath. Ours sit by our little pond. The dimensions in the description of the item are correct. It does need a flat surface to sit on, so if you were looking to put it on the ledge or inside the birdbath on 1 side, it won't be stable and will most likely fall and break.
