I ordered the $15 aftermarket heads 2 weeks ago, they suck. These are definitely worth the monet!

These fit my shaver from over 10 years ago perfectly. I've gone through multiple types of shavers over the years, safety, electric, etc. but I have come back to this electric shaver multiple times. These replacements fit perfect and the shave is nice too as it cuts with much less irritation as my old dull blades.It takes about 90 seconds to do a full replacement with the simple locking mechanisms. So it's nice and easy. I'll be back for more when needed.

These are the same dual pattern cutters as my 13yo originals, cut a little better without biting. Hope they last as long.

Looking for a HQ8 replacement for the Phillips Norelco shaving heads, I went to a generic brand first (see my other review rant). Yes, these costs 50% more than the generics but it works more than 150% better than the knock-offs.There are some visible comparisons: The shaving heads and the number of blades are different. The genuine Phillips Norelco's heads are designed for the shaver with the straight edge lines facing outward and the holes with straight edges facing toward the center of the shaver. The three heads together form the shaving circle pattern that is effective in giving a good shave. The generics didn't have any specific alignment to the center of the shaver and there are less blades. The generics heads slipped during the shave so it wasn't connecting to the shaver's rotating motor. The shave was so bad that I needed to use a disposable razor to clean things up. I was so frustrated with the generics that I replaced my old original Phillips Norelco shaving heads (4 years old) and it shaved better than the new generics.This is a genuine direct replacement for the HQ8 and I was happy to finally get a really close clean shave. Using the generics didn't do the job and those were returned. Getting the genuine parts was key to having the shaver work as it was intended. Enjoy!BOTTOM LINE: Yes, it did cost 50% more than the generics but the shave is much closer and cleaner. I should have got this in the first place as it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration.

This is a real OEM replacement head. I have purchased cheaper knock-offs in the past. Even those pirating the Norelco name. Now I only pay the extra money and buy this from the same seller. You get what you pay for and it lasts a lot longer than the fakes.

This is an upgraded design from the original set of lift and cut inserts and they cut more smoothly than the previous design. I was sceptical at first about ordering them but I didn't need to get a new razor so I did. They work great! I'm purposely not identifying the model because these fit a few models and it's best if you check the information available to see if the upgraded inserts fit your model.

These Norelco replacement heads are identical to the originals. Considering the cost, that's exactly what I expected. My husband said it's like having a new razor, so, mission accomplished!
