Mediocre at best
I came out of hospital with aneamia, the hospital failed to give me an infusion during my stay, so upon my release I chose this supplement because its a complex with vitamin C, I've taken this supplement daily for 5 weeks, and hoped with this supplement and changing my diet I'd be better. I'm not at all I'm still aneamic and will have to have an iron infusion treatment.

Not 14mg tablets.
Instructions say "Take 2 tablets daily...", so presumably each tablet is only 7mg, not the14mg that the packaging suggests.So the contents only last 90 days, not 180. Not such great value.
