Only used cold so far so can’t comment on it as a heat pad. Large ice pack and flexible enough to fold around legs/knee’s/thighs. Stays cold for longer than standard ice packs. Well worth the price if regular treatment for injuries needed. Easy to fold to save space in a freezer drawer, can be wrapped in a old towel before applying to affected area. Very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend.

My daughter is in the middle of her menopause and the night sweats are driving her crazy, I got this for her hoping it would help. It only arrived yesterday and this morning she messaged me saying thank you soooo much mum last night was the best nights sleep I have had in a long time. It didn’t make the sweats go away but she managed to get off to sleep before they started properly which she hand been able to do before

I liked how large it was and that a bag that was supplied for in the freezer. My only bug bear I’d thst the bag is rather a snug fit and I’m constantly forcing the closing mechanism off the bag it’s such a tight fit to the edge of the bag

I bought the product to help me manage hip pain after falling downstairs.I was able to use it sat/lied down and because it has a brushed cotton side you could apply it straight against skin.I works as part of a pain relief process.i haven't tried the warming side of this gel pack but i can see how it would as part of the pain relief process too.

I slpped a disc and have a lot of nerve pain in my leg which is helped by the applicaton of heat. I have a gel back wich heats quickly but can be too hot . This pad takes quite long time in the microwave to heat up making it less liable to overheating. The heat is distributed evenly with no hot spots and is retained for a long time.

Much better than small packs, this wraps around the area and can be restrained with straps if necessary. Good value

Ordered for after Rotary Cuff surgery and did seem to help. Easy to use & bends easily to cover shoulder without being too heavy resting on it.

Product has very uneven hot spots, with some that will burn you while other parts are still cold.I bought it to use as a hot pack, and followed the instructions on heating it for 40sec in the microwave. When taking it out the corners are stinging hot while the centre is still cold. Putting it in different positions inside the microwave didn’t help.I couldn’t even move the liquid inside around since the hot patches are so uneven and incredibly hot, it burns your hands while trying to smooth out the liquid.
