Are Harry's glasses removable? i need them for a craft.

They are not, but you can definitely remove them, and if you are very careful, you may use them for your crafts. Although I might recommend you to search for some cheaper ones at wish or Ali For my crafts I’ve done the glasses with the wires that comes with some toys, the ones that attached them to the boxes
