Just WOW
One of the greatest products I have ever purchased online, EVER!! First off it is simple to use, cheap and really works. I actually used it on a Logitech G910 to clean it some and the keys just ever so nicely slid off.Now the other reason I am so enamored with it. It has brought more laughs and smiles to my family and friends than maybe anything I have ever purchased. Honestly!!! How many times can you use the fact that you purchased a keycap puller be fit into your day to day conversation."I just got the greatest new keycap puller today.""Oh darn I left my keycap puller at my desk be right back.""Give me a second to grab my new keycap puller and I will be right over."And of course the oldie but goodie, "I got a new keycap puller today, was curious how it would compare to my old keycap puller. Of course as you are well aware of keycap pullers are typically more of a personal preference, but myself I find a simple keycap puller is more to my liking...."

Perfect
Simple little tool perfect for plucking my keys out as i must clean my keyboard since... ya know... we people are gross and eat over our keyboards. ANYWAYS, simple design works perfect. Great example of "works and don't need to upgrade/fix it"

effective, fast, and doesn't scratch keys
This is a simple and efficient tool. It easily expands around keys and hooks into place, and once removed, the keys free from the device easily enough. Unlike the molded plastic key pullers that sometimes get tossed in with mechanical keyboards for free, this device is gentle enough that it shouldn't scratch your keycaps. So, the design is good. But the materials, meh. It feels pretty flimsy. Honestly, it feels cheap enough that i wouldn't be surprised to find _this_ device tossed in as a freebie with mechanical keyboards, rather than the little molded plastic piece. Overall, i'm happy enough, but i wish that it felt more substantial.

Great price, works well!
This was one of the cheaper keycap pullers on Amazon. I've used the plastic ring style ones in the past, but since I'm on a Logitech G Pro with Romer G keys I decided to get something a little different as I've heard these keys are easier to break when removing to clean. The "key" (see what I did there?) is to pull them up as straight as possible. This puller also has the hooks which can spread apart and accommodate larger keys. Even the very wide space key. My old K70 came with the ring style keycap puller, but those keycaps could also be easily pulled off of the MX Cherry Speed keys by hand. The Romer G keys I could not pull up by hand, and it's recommended you don't even try because if you pull them up at an angle you can snap the stems. Overall it's a well built, simple little tool that does the job at a great price.

A must for mechanical keyboard owners
I used this to pull the caps on my vintage IBM Model Ms as part of my restoration project. Worked great. For anyone new to the mechanical keyboard hobbyist community, these wire keycap pullers are absolutely mandatory if you intend to remove your keycaps. Some keyboards come with little plastic ones. Do not use those under any circumstance. You will destroy your keycaps if you use the plastic ones. Buy these. These specific ones are great. They are reasonably priced and durable enough to handle even oversized keycaps like shift or enter. That being said, if you have an ISO layout you might have some trouble getting leverage. For circumstances like these, I recommend using the flexibility offered by these pullers to get around that problem. Go ahead and spread the wires around the cap's corners and pull gently. Don't worry, you won't break the puller.

Great little tool
Okay it is nothing special but when you need to remove lots of keycaps safely and quickly this is essential. Much safer than trying to pry off keycaps with a screwdriver or other tool. Just hook this under the corners and lift straight up, easy as can be. Maybe a little pricey but the unit seems sturdy and is a huge time saver and potentially money saver as well since you may break key stems using another method. Recommended!

Works, but isn't terribly strong.
I bought this about six months ago and to be fair, it does what it's meant to do. The problem is that it's not exactly well made and the plastic used for the handle in particular is brittle. Just today I managed to snap the handle in half pulling a cap off a Matias switch. I'll be looking to get a more expensive and likely more well made replacement. This puller should work fine for MX mount caps, since they tend to be pretty easy to pull off, however if you're looking to work on snap-on caps like Alps-mounts (Matias) or Buckling springs, you should probably go for something more sturdy.
