Works Well!
You lose a bit of sensation in the top because of the lignocaine anaesthetic, which although sounds abnormal but really works in delaying climax. Used to go out in 10-12mins when going strong not counting foreplay, now can easily last over 18-20mins continuously unless I want to finish up quickly!
