Would a roll of trash bags fit on the paper towel arm?

A roll of garbage bags would fit on it providing that you can put the bar through the center of the roll. Generally, the rolls of bags are tightly rolled, but again, if you can loosen the brill where there is space to allow it on the bar, it would work. A good thought.

Will 9" paper plates fit anywhere in this caddy?
