Q: is this a single pad or a set of two?

Its 4 pads 2 for the left 2 for the right and it comes with shims

Q: Did i get screwed. ordered brake pads for a 2015 cr-v was sent brake pads for 2006 cr-v will they fit?

I ordered these for my 2007 Honda Element and could not get them to fit! Too thick to fit on caliper.

Q: is this ceramic or normal pads?

They are normal. Produces a good amount of break dust on a regular basis.
