All three items are whole-dried with seeds. You can send direct message to seller if you need product in powder form.

Q: Does this include all three in the order?

Yes, but the Soapnuts have the seeds in them so there was much less fruit than seed. When I made the second batch of shampoo I had enough of the other two fruits, but I ordered seedless Soapnuts from Mountain Rose Herbs.
