Tools and patches are what to be expected
Tools and patches seem to be of adequate quality but the linear scrapper is all but useless.

Cheap repair kit
This is a fairly comprehensive kit to repair tires. The kit includes most everything you'd need. However I'm a fan of the plug/patches that get pulled through the hole. I did use one of these patches on a very tiny leak and it held up so far. Its on a light and thin car tire and no leaks a few months in that i've noticed. The scraping tool is trash. Get yourself some sandpaper and scuff the inside of the tire yourself manually, you'll do a better/faster job. The rolling tool works ok. Get yourself a nice jar of vulcanized rubber cement and you're good to go.

Tried plugging tire with no success. Used this kit to patch tire from inside. Worked perfect
