Bought this for my daughter for Christmas but after just under 3 months the stone fell out and cannot be found. Can a replacement stone be provided?

I dont understand why I am being asked this as I am also a customer who bought this ring and the stone fell out of mine to.

Is this definitely silver? I have had issues with "silver 925" turning copper in the past!
