Q: i have two of these and both inner straws just won’t stay attached am I doing something wrong?

Q: Can I submerge in hot water to heat milk?

I have put warm milk inside it, with no problems. And put in dishwasher on hot cycle with no issues. Can't see there being an issue.

Q: It is really hard to suck liquid up. Did I put the cup together wrong maybe?

Q: can I microwave milk in it?

Hi Sara, no we never recommend doing this as the cup has metal at the base which is not for microwave use.
